You will be responsible for leading small group activities and ensuring we maintain high-quality care and education while supporting our staff-to-child ratios.

You must be able to "hit the ground running" and understand the flow of a busy EYFS day from day one.

You will support daily systematic phonics and "keep up" sessions to ensure no child is left behind.

You will work specifically with Years 3-6, helping pupils master the transition from 'learning to read' to 'reading to learn.

You will:Lead small-group "Booster" sessions in Maths and SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation, and Grammar). Work 1:1 with pupils to build their confidence ahead of KS2 SATs.

You will be expected to:Support Continuous Provision: Actively engage with children within the indoor and outdoor environments, using your presence to spark interest and extend their play into meaningful learning opportunities.
