You will provide person-centred care, encourage independence, and help individuals achieve their personal goals, whether that’s gaining confidence in daily living skills, accessing the community, or pursuing hobbies and activities they enjoy. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and support tailored to each individual’s needs.

You will directly impact the wellbeing of our residents by providing the support and care they need in a safe, nurturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include: • Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and serve home-cooked meals for residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation.

You will provide a high quality, customer-oriented service and understand that all actions should be customer-led.

You will assist in maintaining and promoting the dignity of all individuals to improve their health and wellbeing in a safe and appropriate environment.

You will be required to work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours

You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete Pathway Plans and Children and Family Assessments, while working collaboratively with partner agencies in a multi-agency setting. Benefits of the role:
