You will work alongside the teacher in the classroom, but also providing PPA cover.

You will be able to show great classroom management. The role will be full time, 5 days a week working across all year groups from EYFS to Key Stage 2 (KS2). It is a long term placement, with a possibility of it going temporary to permanent.

You will also need to be committed to your own professional development, have a calm manner and a passion and commitment to encouraging children to achieve the best of their ability. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual. We are looking for someone who: Has previous HLTA experience – from EYFS to Year 6 Has strong behaviour management skills.

You will work closely with class teachers and SEND staff to provide tailored support, helping children access learning, build confidence, and make meaningful progress in the classroom.

You will be someone who brings patience, positivity, and a proactive attitude to each day, building strong relationships with pupils and staff while confidently adapting activities to meet individual learning needs.

You will have strong teamwork skills as the school in question has a key focus on teamwork and collaboration to be able to achieve student and school goals.
