You will lead multidisciplinary teams, provide strategic technical direction, and ensure that engineered solutions meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You will work in our market which is predominantly focused on delivering engineering and waste management projects for clients within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector, with some projects focused on other stages of the nuclear lifecycle.

You will join an existing civil/structural team and be responsible for the delivery of complex design packages for key nuclear clients.

You will be joining a high-performing Project Controls function that takes pride in accuracy, integrity, and proactive support to project leadership. Working on large, complex engineering programmes, you will lead the integration of planning, cost control, estimating, risk management, change management, and reporting to provide a complete, reliable view of project performance.

You will be responsible for overseeing the timely execution and completion of both the pre-construction and construction phases of the project.

You will have ownership, responsibility, and accountability for the project, highlighting project risks, identify opportunities and mentor the continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve efficiencies.

You will lead estimating activity across nuclear works, supporting cost planning, pricing, and tender submissions. Key responsibilities
