You will advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters and estate planning (to include inheritance and capital gains tax issues).

You will be confident in meeting clients face to face and passionate in providing the highest level of service.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.

You will receive all the tools to develop into an even more senior role in the future.

You will help ensure every property meets our quality standards and is fully ready for our customers to move in and feel at home.

You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8.00am to 3.30pm.

You will be entitled to employee benefits including a pension, private healthcare and free gym membership.

You will work closely with new and existing customers ensuring that all orders and work is onboarded correctly, well planned into production and key metrics like customer satisfaction, cost control, quality and delivery on time in full and right first time are met.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, managing the email inbox, where you will action all requests and queries quickly.

You will work with the team to prepare reports, documentation and items to be mailed out to clients and business partners.

You will be paid weekly via Hays, receive a competitive hourly rate of pay, accrue holiday allowances and be supported by your Hays consultant.
