You will be living within commute of Head Office in Chipping Sodbury . They are an established and leading property services company for over 75 years, based across England and Wales, in over 18 locations and 32 Business Units Their main client base are Housing Associations , Councils and Local Authorities

You will be working on both new and old vehicles.

You will have responsibility for tracking and controlling budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost reporting, managing a small but experienced internal team in a hands-on role reporting into the Managing Director. Applicants will ideally be in a Commercial Management or Managing Quantity Surveying role working on new build housing schemes for either a developer or contractor.
