You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: - Complex estate administration involving taxable estates, agricultural and business assets - Succession planning, inheritance tax advice and mental capacity issues - Drafting deeds of variation, declarations of trust and other key legal documents

You will work with an established client portfolio and be part of a collaborative tax team, gaining exposure to a broad range of personal tax and trust work.

You will work closely with more senior members of the team, with increasing responsibility over workflow management, reviewing work (depending on experience), and contributing to process improvements as you progress.

You will be undertaking a range of maintenance on an aircraft which may include, as appropriate, aircraft role changes, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/or functional/system test

You will ensure suitably qualified operatives are deployed, safe systems of work are in place, and all activities are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

You will demonstrate a strong customer focus, supporting end users to resolve issues, managing complaints effectively and contributing to wider Ministry of Defence objectives, including carbon reduction initiatives.
