These can vary in complexity so it’s essential to put yourself in the shoes of the policy holder, appreciate each situation differently by investigating each claim with tact and a calm manner, establishing the facts, policy details and work towards a resolution.

You will also act on behalf of a variety of clients within the construction industry such as professional consultants, employers, contractors and local authorities. To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor between 1-5 years’ PQE. Previous experience of construction and/or property law, construction insurance litigation or commercial construction is essential to this role.
