You will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring queries and concerns are handled professionally and proactively.

You will work closely with sales, engineering, and client teams to understand requirements, develop tailored solutions, and support the sales process from initial engagement through to delivery. Your role is pivotal in ensuring solutions are innovative, commercially viable, and aligned with client needs and business objectives.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, designers, and project teams across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will coordinate design risk management, influence safe design solutions, and help embed a culture of prevention throughout the project lifecycle.

You will take responsibility for the execution of the Quantity Surveying function on allocated contract/s, in order to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.

You will provide a range of cost control and financial reporting duties across all aspects of construction work undertaken by the company.

You will work closely with operational teams across multiple live projects, supporting work packages typically valued up to £5m, within safety-critical, fast-paced environments where SHEQ standards are non-negotiable.

You will ideally have: - NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)

You will engage and lead subject matter experts across the business, translating complex technical input into clear, engaging and impactful written content that truly resonates with our customers.

You will have a work winning mindset and a passion for creating high quality proposals.
