Key Responsibilities - Manage busy daily and weekly schedules for the children, including school commitments, extracurricular activities, and appointments.

You will manage personal appointments, global travel arrangements, luxury holidays, family schedules, children’s schools and activities, and research/purchasing of gifts, items and products.

You will also take responsibility for preparing and organising events, private dinners, entertaining at the residences.

You will be used to this way of working and adept at responding quickly and keeping the Principal informed at all times to developments and changes. Planning all social activities for the family and assisting with events, birthday parties, restaurant bookings, gallery shows, theatre etc.

You will have 5 years+ working for an UHNW family who have an extremely busy schedule and expectations.
