You will be managing your own caseload of a full spectrum of contentious probate work, including: - Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act claims for both Claimants and Defendants. - Challenges to the validity of Wills. - Executor and administrator disputes, including removal applications.

You will work within the OFG pyramid model of clinical delivery, working in an MDT to target support at a whole school level where possible.

You will be supported by the standards team and the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.

You will also contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
