You will achieve this by building a team who will train, coach and progress .

You will support business initiatives and ensure these are met with positivity and pace, whilst you control and delivery across the board for store operations, customer service, budget control, people and product.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, the AI product lead, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

You will act as a key executor and translator between strategic priorities and technical execution. This role is perfect for a product manager who thrives in ambiguity, has strong technical acumen, and enjoys delivering user-centric, scalable solutions.

You will work closely with our Letterkenny and Burnfoot, Ireland facilities, as well as with leadership teams across EMEA and the US.

You will lead engineering, manufacturing, finance, EHS, quality, and have dotted-line oversight of customer operations (order pursuit and execution).
