You will be an apprentice trained Engineer with experience working within fast dynamic environments. Shift Pattern- 4 on 4 off days & nights- 12 hour shifts Salary inclusive of shift allowance- £44,000 to £49,000 plus Benefits

You will plan and coordinate machines and changeovers, monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage stock control for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring everything is in place to meet production schedules.

You will also lead and support the production team on the shop floor.

You will have clear responsibility, trusted authority and the opportunity to improve how the workshop operates day to day.

You will be responsible for planning workloads, managing resources and maintaining a structured, organised workshop environment. Your leadership will directly influence productivity, quality and team morale.
