You will identify areas for improvement, implement maintenance strategies, and use innovative techniques to enhance equipment reliability, ensuring the consistent delivery of top-quality products to our customers.

You will proactively manage the team to meet daily/weekly production demands, with a particular emphasis placed on short-to-medium term strategies. This will enable the factory to drive growth plans of all brands within their area of control. Raising cultural and behavioural values is a key part of the role.
