You will also take part in continuous improvement, support project activity, and help drive long‑term reliability across the site.

You will be based at our Oswestry Packaging site in Shropshire, working a 3‑on 3‑off shift pattern (days & nights, 6–6).

You will hold an NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience gained in a fast‑paced engineering setting.

You will be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will: Assist the Jointing Teams in the Jointing and Termination of LV and HV services Progress to "Authorised Person" status under our clients DNO Safety Rules, allowing the individual to a) have independent access to substations containing live exposed conductors, b) to receive a permit to work c) to supervise a working party.

You will hold a Product Design or Industrial Design degree. 2+ years experience in an industrial environment, with a good understanding of manufacturing techniques and processes. SolidWorks proficiency – other 3D software will be considered. A solid communicator who is able to work as part of a team and easily engage with others.

You will hold a degree in Industrial Design or Product Design (ideally a Masters, Undergraduate will suffice). Minimum of 5+ years of strong industrial design skills with a proven track record of success. Proficiency of 3D and 2D design, including Solidworks with a drive to create excellent ideas.
