You will be working along side the RSOM to deliver an outstanding service to our customers at Wiltshire Farm Foods, Witham depot.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the depot, ensuring we hit all of our financial and operational targets and being proactive through exceptional leadership to build plans for any KPI's that are off track.

You will ensure that the service works in a cohesive and coordinated manner and that clients experience a fully integrated and seamless care, support and housing experience.

You will ensure that the personalized care and support delivery is in accordance with agreed care plans, enabling clients to continue to enjoy wellbeing, quality of life and community connections.

You will be supported with extended consultations and will have your own consulting list, with an experienced Vet available off consult to provide support as needed. Full surgical support is provided, working alongside another vet on a 1:1 basis until you feel confident to undertake procedures independently.

You will have access to the company van or practice use only.
