You will lead on machine setup, implement structured preventative maintenance programs, and act as the key liaison with the main machinery provider. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliability, driving continuous improvement, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant production operation.

You will help to create a warm, stimulating environment whilst working a mix of day shifts and sleeps to meet individual needs. You'll do more than provide care – you'll be a mentor, advocate, and source of encouragement, helping the people you support to achieve their own individual outcomes.
