You should be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of technical expertise to be able to carry out the following job/project tasks: - Undertake site survey and analysis in the field, seeking and using innovative processes to deliver successful outcomes.

You will build a clear, repeatable understanding of why we win, why we lose, what frictions exist within our customer base, and what the business should do about it. Team RAD works on the most impactful initiatives that meaningfully move the needle for our customers and our business.

You will be intrinsic to the bidding and pricing of new opportunities, specifically on CSA activities and ensuring that those opportunities deliver to the ‘as sold’ fees and margins.

You will already be strong in technical design content, with an Architectural and Lead Designer bias, together with a proven capability in design management, digital technologies, and design workflow.
