Process Operator jobs in Havant

You will be required to participate in an out of hours standby rota to support the effective operation of our sites 365 days per year (meaning you will be on call circa every 1 in 4 weeks). Note that the standby rota payments & overtime opportunities can increase this earning potential by up to a further £8,000 - £10,000 per annum.

You will work closely with management and supervision teams to maintain quality, improve processes, and support a safe working environment. You will translate strategic requirements into clear, documented and fully implemented operational processes, ensuring all outputs meet internal standards and support scalable growth.
