You will be required to travel to different operational sites across the region; therefore, a full valid driving licence (no more than 6 points), a LGV licence Category C and ideally a driver DCPC is required.

You will ensure Health and Safety working practices & procedures of the Recycler Technician are always complied with to ensure compliance with the Yorkshire Water Safety Policy.

You will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing and maintaining the fleet of commercial, heavy goods and specialist municipal vehicles in accordance with statutory regulations and policy. The main duties of the job are to: Accurate fault diagnosis of vehicle and specialist equipment defects.

You will also be carrying out basic mechanical work in the field e.g., Routine Servicing, Brake Pads & Disc Replacement

You will be field based covering Leeds, West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas

You must have a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points

You will ideally be based in or around Leeds, West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas
