process plant operator jobs in Sittingbourne

You will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from vehicles, moving goods packed on pallets or in bags around site, stacking goods in the correct storage bays, checking loads are secure, stacking empty pallets and performing daily equipment checks and reporting any defects.

You will work as part of a team to manufacture high-quality concrete products using operational techniques whilst ensuring you deliver to site standards for safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets. You'll predominantly work within the Concrete Block Paving department, operating press machinery, hand-powered tools and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site.

You will work in a dynamic environment, managing site operations, ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment, yard clearance is clean and well maintained . as well as other task throughout the day, working in all weather conditions outside covering 9.5arce site .
