You will horizon-scan for upcoming legislative changes and interpret their impact, ensuring Medik8's policies and procedures not only comply with the law (HASAWA 1974) but are proactively ahead of the curve.

You will serve as the primary H&S liaison for all external auditors, showcasing our systems, and driving a culture of "always-on" audit readiness.
