Process Worker jobs in Stoke-on-Trent

You will provide high-quality advice, guidance, and practical support, helping them to realise their aspirations and reach their full potential.

You will play a crucial role in implementing the corporate parenting principles, working closely with young people to provide them with stability, security, and opportunities to succeed.

You will also communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates and non-technical queries. This is an office-based, Monday to Friday role working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

You will offer family focussed interventions which reduce the impact of substance misuse in families, particularly on children and young people, whilst working to raise awareness of and improve access to appropriate services.

You will have your own caseload, working as part of our team and alongside other social care services to identify how we can help.

You will have the opportunity to take part in physical and mental stimulation by being a part of the recreational and social activities with rhe people we support, and as a group. And always with a kind smile and a supportive word, even when sometimes a day is challenging! Part time shifts as follows:
