You will act as a key point of contact for both HR and core HSE requirements. The company are within the construction industry, and are looking for a candidate to join them who has experience within a similar field. This role will form a key part of the team and there will be scope to develop and help improve processes across the business.

You will engage with the community to encourage foster carer applications, manage a database, and maintain contact with potential applicants throughout the process. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

You will need to be available to work during the 39 weeks of the academic year, for 45 minutes between 08:00 - 09:00 in the morning and 45 minutes between 14:45 - 15:45 in the afternoon approximately, depending on individual site requirements. Uniform, equipment, and training will be provided.

You will have solid experience in MS 365 and facilities management work flow management systems.
