You will be an enthusiastic, committed team player, understanding best practice and customer contact procedures with experience in debt collection.

You must be able to manage your own workload and ensure you are effective in balancing priorities. The position is highly demanding, you will be dealing with a high workload.

You will be working out of a specially converted Grade 2 listed building in a stunning part of Wales. Regular “staff treats”, flexible approach to working and owners who really understand the success of the business sits on the happiness & motivation of its employees.

You will be contracted to an NRW office within the place base / location above and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment.
