You will be commercially aware, detail-focused, and comfortable working within structured procurement frameworks, ideally with experience of NEC4 contracts. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Responsibilities As Procurement Officer, you will support the delivery of procurement and contract management activities across a large operational estate.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost plans, conducting measurement and BOQs, advising on procurement strategies and ensuring robust financial management across all project stages.
