You will contribute to consistent, compliant, and employee-focused benefits solutions by working closely with the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise.

You will partner with colleagues across HR, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to support renewals, analyze benefits data, and improve processes.

You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.

You will grow and deploy a team of experts to directly support client case work, content development and business build initiatives.

You will drive the Intellectual Property (IP)/content agenda for your topic, including the building of technical tools, with support from internal information technology colleagues.

You will collaborate with HR squad members to ensure user stories and artifacts meet the needs of the Product Owner, and key stakeholders.

You will use your deep knowledge of staffing applications and business process to support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization.

You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.

You will work closely with the Practice Area Leaders and their leadership teams when setting the strategic agenda and driving implementation. For additional tasks, you will collaborate with the Practice Area Coordinators, Sector / Topic Managers, HR and Marketing within the PA.

You will support the CDC processes and provide L&D feedback from CDC to help shape the overall talent strategy.

You will collaborate closely with POPX colleagues and POP leadership to provide functional expertise and insights, and to build scalable analytical capabilities that support BCG’s people and organization agenda.

You will also play a central role in developing intellectual property and knowledge assets, supporting commercialization, proposals, and go-to-market efforts for POPX offerings.
