You will ensure you take ownership of all queries or issues that are presented to you and manage them through to closure, with a ‘can do attitude’ and exceed customer expectations. Main Responsibilities - Manage all incoming customer queries via all communication channels, which is predominantly the Customer Service shared mailbox.

You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life. What we're looking for: A genuine passion for supporting others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will be positively supporting people by providing holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integration into the local community and managing their anxieties, which they may communicate through distressing behaviour. No experience is necessary, so don't worry if you don't think you know enough about how to support adults with autism.

You will be an informal point of contact for those in the service users circle of support (e.g. Families and Social Workers)Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeingComply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others
