You will lead and manage a team of practitioners delivering health and wellbeing interventions to adult drug and alcohol users, utilising both harm reduction and abstinence-based treatment approaches. The successful candidate will inspire and develop a team dedicated to providing tailored support and interventions in a prison environment.

You will act as a trusted commercial advisor, ensuring compliance with procurement legislation, delivering value-for-money outcomes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

You will play a vital part in strengthening our procurement capability and driving best practice across the Group.

You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.

You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.
