You will play a key role in shaping the strategic vision for our production operations, contributing to major projects, future price reviews, and water resource management plans. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership and strategic insight, capable of delivering large‐scale operational programmes in complex and evolving economic and regulatory environments.

You will be required to participate in an out of hours standby rota to support the effective operation of our sites 365 days per year (meaning you will be on call circa every 1 in 4 weeks). Note that the standby rota payments & overtime opportunities can increase this earning potential by up to a further £8,000 - £10,000 per annum.
