You will define and document production procedures, drive efficiency improvements, reduce costs, and ensure product quality is maintained at all times. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting new product introductions through jig and fixture design, supplier selection, PFMEA, ergonomics, factory layout, and cycle time optimisation.

You will also work to established Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and Risk Assessments for all production tasks.

You will work across system, module, and sub-assembly level, using a wide range of hardware and software tools to ensure product quality and performance.

You will also provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, helping to diagnose and resolve electronic and system-level issues.
