You will combine strong technical expertise in electronics manufacturing with proven leadership skills to deliver operational excellence, cost control, and capability development. Key Responsibilities - Maintain a thorough understanding of electronics industry best practices for the manufacture of Printed Circuit Assemblies (PCA’s) and electrical & electronic assemblies.

You will also work to ensure the proposed design concepts can be manufactured cost-effectively.

You will oversee the prototype build of products in question, prepare relevant documentation and actively participate in PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and DFMEs (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).

You will liaise with high profile clients, loyal customers and new enquiries to drive engagement and deliver results.
