You will have the ability to work on your own initiative with a minimum of supervision. This role is extremely varied allowing you to gain extensive product knowledge and experience. Ideally you will have previous experience in the spares industry, but more importantly, you will have the right attitude and enthusiasm with ambition to take ownership of your own success.

You will be responsible for achieving the highest sales possible, whilst ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about doing well, driving high performing teams to deliver excellent customer service.

You will also receive an additional London allowance of up to £2,960 depending on location

You will take full ownership of two significant new contracts.

You will be the main point of contact, working closely with internal teams across design, production and delivery.

You will guide the client, manage expectations, solve problems early and keep everything moving in the right direction.

You will be responsible for growing sales across London Zones 1–5, promoting a premium food, and building long-term relationships with hospitality customers.

You will be expected to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity. To achieve this, they should have strong leadership and motivational skills along with good communication skills to ensure all customer and employee issues are addressed effectively.
