You will be working in slaughtering performing precision functions involving the preparation of meat. Work may include specialized slaughtering tasks, cutting standard or premium cuts of meat for marketing.

You will be starting at 06:30 and finishing when production finishes, this will be Monday to Friday.

You will have 2 x 30 min breaks per day.

You will demonstrate a proactive mindset for process development, assist in increasing automation and utilisation of equipment, support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities, whilst supporting colleagues and Managers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.

You will play an important part in meeting daily production targets. - Always follow hygiene, safety, and knife-handling procedures. What we're looking for: - Proven butchery and knife skills. - Experience in a high-volume meat processing environment.

You will start work at 06:30 in the morning and work until production is finished, Monday to Friday with weekends off. This role offers a full time contract based on 45 hrs per week any hours worked over the 45 will be paid at time & quarter of your hourly rate.

You will have 2 x 30 min breaks per day.

You will work in our Boning Hall, ensuring the efficient packing of meat products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working Monday to Friday 06:00 am start to Production Finish.
