You will lead an established Test Engineering organisation and be responsible for improving consistency, effectiveness, and scalability of testing across teams. The focus is on raising standards, modernising test capability, and embedding quality-first engineering, rather than growing headcount.

You will work closely with quality technicians and the management team, gaining hands-on experience in quality assurance and testing while being supported with structured training and clear career development. You will be an experienced Quality professional from a manufacturing or automotive supply-chain environment, confident working cross-functionally and dealing directly with customers. Essential Experience & Qualifications - HNC / HND qualified (or equivalent) - 5–7 years’ experience within certified management systems (ISO / IATF 16949)
