You will ensure all imported products meet UK legal requirements whilst supporting issue resolution, managing technical administration, and taking part in internal audits.

You will have a strong understanding of retailer codes of practice, relevant food legislation, and customer management.

You will manage changes that enhance manufacturing quality and drive quality in line with our values and enabling strategic success. Regular site visits to the manufacturing facilities will be required. The Quality Engineer will lead quality improvement activities and suggest innovative solutions to technical problems.

You will also have exposure in the Financial Accounts team assisting with day to day financial tasks. This is an ideal position for someone looking to increase their knowledge/skill set and understanding of the working practises of a busy finance department without restricting themselves to just the one particular area of finance and accounting.

You will be responsible for strengthening our Bid Library, including case studies and boilerplate content, ensuring we are better prepared for future tenders. In addition, you will support the review and drafting of contracts for new customers and renewals, working alongside finance to ensure compliance and accuracy.
