You will lead the product management and drive the global strategy for our portfolio of infrared temperature measurement solutions.

You will collaborate across functions to define product roadmaps, identify market opportunities, and ensure alignment with customer needs in industries such as steel, glass, energy, petrochemical, and chemical.

You will be supporting the Global Product Manager in delivering leading edge products across international markets. This role will help coordinate product lifecycle activities, assist in product administration and market analysis, and ensure smooth cross‐functional collaboration to meet customer and business needs.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and efficiency targets are achieved while maintaining safety standards.

You will lead operations across multiple sites as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met

You will drive an active safety agenda, engage with Branch Safety Committees, and foster a culture of zero lost-time accidents and ultimately no accident book entries
