You will lead the development and delivery of training programmes, support new starter onboarding, and drive continuous improvement through competency assessment and feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update the training matrix on a daily basis - Schedule and support weekly competency assessments with line managers

You will take responsibility for the sales and development of a small, defined range of products. This is not cold sales, the company is already established and known in the market. The focus is on building relationships, increasing revenue from existing customers, and driving new opportunities through smart market development.

You will be responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of injection-moulding machinery and facilities.

You will be taking on small repairs through to large-scale projects and installations, working closely with different teams across the site.
