You will manage a team of M&E Maintenance Technicians, oversee the work of subcontractors, help maintain the safety and compliance of all activities, conduct site visits, carry out regular briefings and debriefings, and contribute to the development of risk assessments and method statements.

You will act as a key on‐site presence for our clients, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, performance targets are achieved, and continuous improvement is embedded across all operations. Your leadership will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery, supporting long‐term contract success and commercial performance.

You will provide assistance in the supervision of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor. Furthermore, you will deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
