You will walk the floor of the production area and manage start-up procedures, receiving a handover from the previous shift and ensuring there is no excess or shortage of labour in the production areas.

You will be carrying out the consistent application of hygiene within a given area/line to make sure the area is maintained to the agreed standards. It'll be part of your job to ensure that all sanitation processes are completed in full and that hygiene standards for a given area are maintained during the production shift.

You will also take part in continuous improvement, support project activity, and help drive long-term reliability across the site.

You will be based at our Oswestry Packaging site in Shropshire, working a3-on 3-off shift pattern (days & nights, 66).
