You will activelyparticipatein clinical governance, audits, and risk management processes, supporting quality improvement and compliance with CQC/HIW standards.

You will act as the Responsible Clinician under the Mental Health Act, ensuring the highest standards of psychiatric care across medium and low secure services.

You will provide specialist advice to courts, probation, prison services and MAPPA, and prepare reports for Mental Health Review Tribunals, hospital managers' hearings, and the Ministry of Justice.

You will be responsible for utilizing diagnostic tools to identify specific learning gaps and tailoring interventions accordingly, promoting continuous improvement in academic outcomes. Required attributes include meticulous organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professional boundaries.

You will oversee all aspects of the service, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for young people with complex needs, including Autism, EBD and those at risk of CSE. Key Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of high-quality, child-centred residential care. - Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, RISCA and inspection frameworks.
