You will be responsible for delivering RICS Red Book compliant commercial valuations, primarily for secured lending purposes, across a varied portfolio of assets. The role offers genuine autonomy, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within a collaborative, partner-led environment.

You will need to be IT proficient as we have invested heavily in ensuring our systems are efficient and support our business. What this role entails: Review new cases: Check emails and case management systems for updates, new instructions, or deadlines. Draft documents: Including but not limited to letters, emails, witness statements, Court documents under solicitor supervision.

You must also have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, a positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff, and be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

You will receive professional training and development in other business areas, with the support of experienced opticians and technicians.
