You will assist residents with personal care, including dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility, always prioritising dignity, independence, and choice.

You will play an important part in coordinating and delivering safe, evidence-based care, supporting families, and helping clients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. Youll also support, mentor, and train Health Care Assistants to ensure consistently high standards of care.

You will assist residents with personal care, including dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility, always prioritising dignity, independence, and choice.

You will oversee medication ordering, administration, and documentation, maintaining accurate records at all times.

You will also actively participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
