You will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving profitability, and providing commercial insight across a complex, multi-site operation.

You will lead a small team, provide expert advice on accounting and indirect taxation, and contribute to the development of financial strategies that support organisational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of revenue monitoring reports and working papers for annual accounts.

You will promote the function’s proposition, processes and performance, ensuring they are valued and understood, both internal and externally.

You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, and you’ll be an effective team player, demonstrating a positive ‘can do’ attitude and co-operative interaction with team members.

You will be responsible for selling LEV solutions across a wide range of industrial sectors, managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to project handover. This is a varied, technically engaging role combining client interaction and business development, with an anticipated annual sales target of £1m+.

You will work closely with service users, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to create a safe, person-centred and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the daily running of the care service, ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
