You will lead and inspire our pastry team, oversee kitchen operations, help develop new dessert menus, and ensure that our guests experience the finest in pastry craftsmanship. You will manage data privacy initiatives, drive compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions. Your responsibilities include implementing fine-grained access controls, conducting data discovery and DPIA processes, supporting RFPs and pitches, and contributing to documentation and SOP development.

You will need to have a min of 4 years experience in this specific AV market. The role will see you working on projects in London and the surrounding home counties.

You will have previous experience of the installation / configuration / commissioning of Crestron or Control4 or Savant AV control systems.

You will operate at the centre of leadership activity, enabling the MD to work with focus, discipline and visibility.

You will manage governance activity, and ensure strategic priorities are executed at pace.

You will coordinate forward schedules, align stakeholders, and support the MD with external engagements where required.

You should have a passion for both science and engineering, a proven ability to deliver production-ready solutions, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with our product and research teams. Note: the role is 3-4 days per week in the office in London (based in Hammersmith).
