You will act as the primary point of contact, managing client accounts from initial brief through to post event reporting.

You will have experience of problem solving and resolution, excellent IT skills (including presentation skills), have a good business/commercial acumen and a good understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.

You will be responsible for installing, configuring, diagnosing, and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure, providing support both remotely and in person.

You will also play a role in supporting the site's ongoing digitalisation efforts and assisting with project implementation.

You will work within our friendly team supporting our branch and its customers through the various administration services we provide for our manufacturers.

You will have substantial experience as a qualified pharmacy technician, registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, with a commitment to Continuous Professional Development. The post requires S(N)VQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services, and HNC Pharmacy Services or relevant equivalent qualifications or experience to the same level.

You will be required to work 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.
