You will be directly involved in supplying Audiparts to the general public, trade customers and our own workshops.

You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries.

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee upon completion of the training courses.

You will be provided with the required guidance and support from your tutor so that you can successfully complete your projects which will be later added to your CV.

You will be working as either a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator.

You will help us deliver consistently high levels of service to our customers, advising on shoe care, handbags, and accessories to compliment a customer’s needs, offering genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our all products. You could have previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Retail Assistant or in a Customer Care environment.

You will adapt your approach to support each customer individually.

You will need to work with compassion and empathy to find an effective solution for each customer. Following your successful onboarding and extensive training, you’ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide sound advice and deliver great outcomes for our customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all baseline health and safety training, assurance, and compliance requirements are consistently met throughout the lifecycle of each project.

You will receive full training on our systems, however a basic understanding will give you a great start. Youll not only be a great talker, but a good listener who is understanding of people and their needs.
