You will work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, build deep nuclear capability, and see your contribution recognised as the business continues to evolve. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of civil works projects across the full project lifecycle. Maintain a holistic overview of nuclear plant Systems, Structures and Components within your programme.

You will act as the bridge between engineering, safety case authors, and the site delivery teams—ensuring that any proposed changes are properly assessed against licence conditions and approved through the appropriate governance routes. This is not a traditional Health & Safety role.

You will have responsibility to lead/manage a group of Senior Managers, with delegated principal contractor responsibility for delivery of scope including Enabling works, Major Civils, Networks and Buildings. The role will entail management of a matrix team of wider disciplines forming the project Area Management Delivery team eg: the SZC quality team, safety team and suppliers.
