You will work closely with new builds projects team, as well as other support services to introduce the home into the wider community and welcome each of our new residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to set the foundations of an outstanding care home and successfully drive it through its first inspection.

You will join the Project Accounting team within the Electronic Systems business unit, which combines design, production, and support capabilities across the UK and internationally. The team works closely with multi-functional project teams, providing financial control and business partnering for major programmes, including the £200m Site Transformation and Digital Transformation initiatives.

You will work across all teams to understand how the organisation operates in practice, identify inefficiencies, and lead tangible improvements that reduce manual work, improve data quality, strengthen security and ensure value for money.

You will be trusted to manage the full technical process with minimal oversight, supported by a Senior Design Manager and reporting directly into the Technical Director.
