You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather essential information, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure all O&M requirements are delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate the creation, organisation, and delivery of all O&M documentation for assigned projects.

You will be responsible for responsible for coordinating technical activity, planning workshop schedules, managing workshop administration, and ensuring that vehicles are prioritised and processed efficiently to meet customer and contractual KPIs:About the Role:Provide comprehensive support to the Technical Manager in the day-to-day operation of the workshop.

You will be trained to carry out all aspects of the role including managing different situations during times of disruption, ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, carrying out appropriate safety duties, and assisting with customer service. You’ll receive training to ensure you have all the knowledge and skills you need to help ensure our services run smoothly and safely.

You will be reporting to the manager, assisting with their workload, and arranging contracts for hire

You will liaise with all departments, gathering data and producing reports for various meetings.
